Privacy
Last updated: 6 October 2026. This notice has been drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for readers in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In short: this site uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts, and has no forms to fill in. The only data it processes is the technical data that every server logs, and whatever you send us when you write.

2. Data processed
Browsing. The server logs technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and referring page. It is used for security and for diagnosing faults. We do not use it to profile anyone.
If you write to us. If you send us an email, we receive your address and what you write. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up the conversation.
3. Cookies and tracking
When you browse this site you receive no cookies and nothing is written to your browser's storage. There are no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. The only scripts are the site's own: they animate the pages in your browser and neither send nor store anything. Fonts and images are hosted on the same server as the site: when you open the page, you connect to no one else. You can check this in your browser's developer tools, under the Network tab.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Security and operation of the site, through the server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the service available and protected (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; FADP).
Replying to people who write to us: steps taken at the request of the data subject, or legitimate interest in following up on correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; FADP).
There is no processing based on profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Recipients of the data
The site and the domain's email are hosted by POWERB SAGL (CHE-367.484.791, 6592 S. Antonino, Svizzera; Akomodix), which processes the data on the controller's behalf as technical provider. The data is not passed on or sold.
6. Where the data is stored
The site and email are hosted on POWERB SAGL infrastructure in Switzerland.
7. How long
The server's technical logs are rotated and overwritten automatically after the retention period configured on the server. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to follow it up, or for as long as the law requires.
8. Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and loads no third-party code. No measure is infallible: in the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to the people concerned, we inform those affected and the authority as required by law.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a format that another application can read. Write to the address given in section 1. We reply without undue delay and in any case within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason for your request.
10. Complaints to the authority
If you believe that your data is not being processed properly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch (opens in a new tab). If you live in the European Economic Area, you can also contact the supervisory authority of your country.

12. Changes to this notice
If the way we process data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
